We are licensed, highly trained custom home builders who specialize in ICF (insulated concrete form) construction.

Our key staff have a combined 30+ years of experience in the insulated concrete form industry and we have all satisfied the rigorous demands of the training courses from the majority of the ICF manufacturers.

We specialize in three main areas:

a. Assisting our clients in complete custom home construction. We turn ordinary house plans into highly crafted, energy saving, strong and secure homes.

b. We also provide Insulated Concrete form services to other contractors. If you are building your own ICF home we can help.

We will do the insulated concrete form portion, guaranteeing you a job that is more reasonably priced than if you have done it yourself.

c. We consult on and sell home components that are hard to find, such as:

You would not believe how satisfying it is to say to your children, “Your daddy built that.” We are very proud of the legacy that we will leave.

The structures that we build have the potential of lasting for a thousand years, giving occupants a comfortable and healthy place to live.

We also believe that owning a beautiful energy-efficient home is extremely important to Canadian families for many reasons – both practical and emotional.

4. How do you do what you do?

The process starts with a phone conversation in which we talk about your situation and together we decide whether ICFhome.ca is the right company to handle your job.

If we’re a good match for each other, great! If not, then we’d be happy to refer you to someone who may be a better fit for you and we part company as friends.

Once we decide that we’ll be a good match, one of our experienced consultants will work with you to help you find the best option for your needs.

After you’ve decided on a course of action, we diligently handle the process from beginning to end, keeping you completely updated along the way.

Once the job is completed, the relationship doesn’t end! We will keep in touch with you by phone and emails, making sure you’re completely satisfied with our services and that nothing goes wrong with the job we did for you.

5. For whom have you done this?

The building consultants of ICFhome.ca have served over 200 families and businesses with home building or renovating.

We have built over 100 custom built homes in Southern Ontario with Insulated Concrete Forms and most with radiant floor heating.

We have done numerous renovations, several farm and commercial projects with ICF, ranging in distance from Zagreb, Croatia to Calgary, Alberta.

6. What makes you different?

While there are some Builders in Southern Ontario that build with ICFs and install radiant floor heating, no one else has this much experience.

Our principal, Harvey Juric, has over 30 years hands-on home construction experience that ranges from remodeling, through commercial building, to new home building.

Each of our key staff has at least seven years of Insulated Concrete Form home custom building experience and are trained in several fields of home building and renovating.
